		<description>The issues of identity and anonymity will take time to sort out.  Certainly anonymity has its place, as you point out, for whistle blowers and other sources; but in the traditional media, there are mechanisms for vetting that information while still preserving confidentiality.  Look at Watergate, information was provided but it was checked and rechecked to build a story - not simply taken at face value.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I more likely to accept information if I know the source; but that's just me.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The case of the dopey doctor also points out the fact that being anonymous doesn't mean people aren't going to find out who you are. . .</description>
